FIND CHINA introduces Chizhou

Chizhou city is Located in southwest Anhui province along the south bank of the Yangtze river, the city is an important part of the Yangtze river Economic development belt and south Anhui Tourest circle.

Covering a total area of 8272 square kms with a population of 1.54 million.

Chizhou has a rich history of 1380 years and Mt. Jiuhua has enjoyed the reputation as a “Buddhist Land of Lotus” Besides Beautiful scenery and convenient transportation Chizhou boasts abundant tourist resources as well as a warm and wet climate.

Such national famous scenic spots such as Jiuhua Mountain, Guiujiang and Shengjin Lakes all located close by and forest coverage more than 53 %. Chizhou has a golden waterway of about 160 Kms and the Chizhou port can berth up to 5000-ton ships.

The Yangtze River coastwise express is under construction here as well as a local airport. Chizhou is an important production base of grain, cotton, black tee, silk and fast growing woods.
